About BizyCalc
BizyCalc.com is a free collection of practical calculators for small business owners, freelancers, independent contractors, and online sellers. The goal is narrow: turn common business math into a clear answer without requiring a spreadsheet, account, or email signup.
What we build
Our tools cover decisions such as pricing, profit margin, break-even volume, payment processing fees, marketplace selling fees, borrowing costs, employee cost, invoicing, landed cost, and cross-border payments. Each calculator is designed around a specific question rather than a generic form with a new title.
How calculations are reviewed
Formula-based calculators are checked against the underlying arithmetic and include an explanation of the method or assumptions. Tools that depend on published platform fees or rates are reviewed against the provider's own pricing or help documentation and include source links on the page. When a fee varies by category, country, plan, account status, or transaction type, the page states that limitation rather than presenting one number as universal.
Estimates versus exact amounts
Some business costs cannot be known from a few inputs alone. Shipping, customs duty, marketplace fees, taxes, payment processing, and lending costs can vary by location, product, category, account, or provider rules. In those cases BizyCalc is a planning tool, not a substitute for the provider's final statement, a tax professional, accountant, attorney, or lender.
Privacy by design
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. BizyCalc does not require an account and does not send the numbers you type into calculator fields to a BizyCalc application server. The site does use analytics and may use advertising technology as described in the Privacy Policy.
Corrections and suggestions
Fees and platform rules change. If you find a calculation that appears wrong, a published rate that has changed, or a useful business calculator we should add, contact us. We would rather correct a tool than leave an outdated assumption in place.
FAQ
Is BizyCalc free? Yes. The calculators are free to use and do not require registration.
Are results financial or tax advice? No. They are informational estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown on each tool.
How often are provider-based rates checked? Rate-sensitive pages are reviewed when platform pricing changes are identified, and each such page links to the official source so you can verify the current rule before making a material decision.
